You may pay using either:

• PayPal (preferred). No paper copies are required.
• or with a check (made out to "Blach PTA.") Submit check with your order form, and write your order # on your check. You may combine payments for multiple orders.

Orders are due by 3 p.m., Thursday, January 14.

Late orders cannot be accepted.
NO refunds are given.

Note: No refunds. If your child misses a hot lunch due to illness, vacation, or field trip, please consider it as a donation. If you are in doubt, we suggest you have your child sample the foods before ordering.
