25 % = Daily Work: homework, binder grades, behavior points, extra credit (if applicable).

Homework is worth 4 points everyday.  A partially incomplete assignment which is on time is 3 points. That means only a few missing problems; otherwise the work must be completed and considered late. Completed late work is 3 points. Points might be deducted for various small reasons, incomplete, no heading, or no work shown.

Binders are 50 points. Binders are graded at the end of each quarter.  Refer to the Binder grade link for more info.

Behavior is 50 points.  Points are deducted throughout the quarter for various infractions, talking, shouting out, off task behavior, or other behavior which is not appropriate for class/school.

Extra credit is given for approved teacher areas.

50% = Tests:  Tests are graded on a percentage basis.  Some tests are not weighed the same. The weekly progress reports will show the weight of each test.

100-93 = A
 to 90   = A-
 to 88   = B+
 to 83   = B
 to 80   = B-
 to 78   = C+
 to 73   = C
 to 70   = C-
 to 60   = D range
below  = F
