1 suitcase with name, address and phone number on it
    1 backpack (on bus)
    Fanny pack or wallet to carry money in at Disneyland.
    Instrument with name, address and phone number on it.  Use masking tape if you need to label your instrument. Flutes, Clarinets go on the bus in the overhead               compartments.  All others go underneath the bus in the back compartment.
    Your music folder (packed in backpack)
    New reeds, valve oil, slide oil, rosin, cello bubble or rock stop. (packed in instrument case)

Friday:   Wear comfortable school clothes.  You need to look nice for the recording but not in uniforms.  For Medieval Times you dress comfortably. 

Saturday:  We will be in our uniforms at Adjudications.    You must stay in uniform, tucked in, until you return to your room at the hotel. Wear comfortable clothes and good walking shoes for Disneyland. You will be given a small nametag with phone numbers on it.  It is mandatory that you wear it on your shirt the whole day, do not take it off and try to move it around.  It will loose it's stickiness.

Sunday:   Wear nice looking comfortable school clothes for the Soundtracks Studio and ride home

Outfit for Recording Studio and Medieval Times-same one for both -comfortable school clothes
Blach Music Uniform for Adjudication, Shirt Tucked-in, don't ask
Outfit for Disneyland, include sweatshirt or sweater, Disneyland gets cold at night.
Outfit for Soundtracks Studio and ride home -comfortable school clothes
Sweater or sweatshirt
Pajamas
Underwear and socks
Toothbrush and toothpaste
Shampoo
Hairbrush and comb
Swimsuit-we might be able to go for a short swim if we have any extra time.

Music Folder with Adjudication music in it
Disposable lunch-large
2-Disposable snacks-large,  for rest stops.  Dinner is at 9:00pm on Friday. We will not be purchasing any vending machine items.  Pack it.
Mints or lifesavers to eat on bus, (nothing else allowed)
Bottled water-Plastic only-may be used on bus Refill it at rest areas etc.
Agenda
Money for phone call, $4.00 in coins,  to be used if you need to call Mrs. McNulty.  Have this ready at Disneyland.  
Cell Phone (optional-at your own risk, but encouraged)
Cell Phone Charger for Hotel room.
Money $40 for Lunch and Dinner in the Park, and lunch on the way home, and phone calls.  Bring more if you are intending to buy souveniers or extra drinks at Disneyland.
