In February or March,  each student attending the trip will have the opportunity to fill out a roommates request form and turn it in to Mrs. McNulty.   The roommates will be selected using these requests. 
            The rooms are quad occupancy, no more, no less.  Students in Band and Strings may room together.   Students that feel they cannot share a bed with another person are welcome to bring a sleeping bag to spread on the floor of the room.
             After the roommates are posted, the students will then make a request for busmates.  When the roommates and busmates are all decided, then Mrs. McNulty will start calling parents who wish to be a chaperone on the trip.    This will be posted in the instrument storage room and should be completed approximately 6 weeks before the trip.
